“The Leader Within” is a half-day workshop designed for corporations, nonprofit organizations, small business owners, managers and professionals looking to tap into and maximize their human capital asset. Individuals at various levels in the organization will have the opportunity to evaluate their individual and collective impact to their organization through interactive discussions, micro surveys, assessments and role-plays. Through these sessions, participants will define, explore and enhance their work performance by finding answers to thought-provoking questions such as:

  • How effective are your communication skills?
  • What is the most important personal attribute do you bring to the organization?
  • How do you take control of your career development? Who is responsible?
  • What are some work-related skills you would like to develop, especially if you could do it easily?
  • How can you improve your relationship with your boss?

Workshops are highly interactive and designed to provide learning through three levels of engagement: Effective Communication, Career Development and Community Engagement.

Effective Commnication

Participants explore how developing open, honest communication and relationship-building skills help to create an innovative and creative work environment and affect the bottom line of an organization.

Career Development

Participants learn how taking the right risks can result in positive career outcomes and how effective career development increases personal and professional growth.

Community Engagement
