Coaching & Mentoring

Instruction is provided through one-hour individual sessions and/or two-hour workshops utilizing techniques for enhancing individual skills and boosting personal and business-related performance. 


Session topics include:

  • The role of a coach
  • The role of a mentee
  • Goal setting
  • Managing roadblocks
  • Committing to an action plan

Session guidelines used to create interaction and action include:

  1. Guiding: Directing an individual or group down the path from the present state to a desired one.
  2. Coaching: Improving self-awareness; identifying realistic goals and how to reach them, and teaching techniques to improve behavioral performance.
  3. Teaching: Guiding the development of overall cognitive skills and capabilities.
  4. Mentoring: Identifying others who help shape beliefs and values in a positive way.
  5. Counseling: Working together for performance improvement and problem resolution.
