Instruction is provided through one-hour individual sessions and/or two-hour workshops utilizing techniques for enhancing individual skills and boosting personal and business-related performance. Session topics include:

- Committing to an action plan

Guiding: Directing an individual or group down the path from the present state to a desired one.
Coaching: Improving self-awareness; identifying realistic goals and how to reach them, and teaching techniques to improve behavioral performance.
Teaching: Guiding the development of overall cognitive skills and capabilities.
Mentoring: Identifying others who help shape beliefs and values in a positive way.
Counseling: Working together for performance improvement and problem resolution.
